All of our prices are based on the size and complexity of a project.  If you have a small and complex site it might cost more for a machine control model than a big simple site.  Because every site is different, we prefer to quote all of our work up front.  Generally speaking, our quoted price is a “NOT TO EXCEED” price.  If the model turns out to take less time than we expected, we will adjust the price accordingly.  If it takes longer, that is on us.  Either way you will know what price to expect upfront and there are no surprises when you receive the invoice.

Pricing for a residential/subdivision machine control model will vary based on the total number of lots, road complexity, and grading complexity.  In very general terms, in addition to the roads, if you only need dirt grades for the lots, the model price would range between $10-$18 per lot.  If you need the concrete pads and dirt grades, the price would range between $15-$25 per lot.  If your lots have a high level of grading detail including things such as concrete, drive, dirt and swale grades your prices could range between $18-$35 per lot, depending on how much detail is required.  As there are a number of additional factors that could push the price of a model up or down, we would love to quote your model so you know exactly what the price would be.  CLICK HERE TO GET A QUOTE.

With roadway models we have 2 methods of pricing depending on the size.  Smaller roads are priced more like commercial sites.  Each is evaluated and priced based on size and complexity.  Simple roads that are pavement only can start at as little as $500.  As you add in sidewalk, ditch, daylight, etc. the price will go up.  If your roadway/heavy highway is miles long, then we use a lane mile pricing.  Again, depending on the details, sidewalk, ditch, daylight, ramps, intersections, round-a-bouts, etc. the pricing will vary between $550-$1000 per lane mile. Specialized heavy civil sites are the most difficult for us to give examples of pricing here on our website.  Airport, railroad, remediation, and marine dredging are just a few examples of the heavy civil sites we model on a regular basis.  Each of these projects has its own unique challenges to model and are priced accordingly.  If the model is simple, the prices will start in the $650 range and rise in price based on the, you guessed it, size and complexity.  When it comes to  heavy civil projects, we want to quote each model upfront.  That way you know the exact price.  CLICK HERE TO GET A QUOTE.

All of our models include utility linework for basic layout at no additional cost.  If you need machine control files with only utility linework (without us building the dirt grade model), that would start around $100.  3D staking is our most popular utility modeling service.  It includes elevated points and lines for pipes, structures, inverts & outlets, center of structure, and center of rim.  The pricing for 3D staking ranges from $8-$15 per structure depending on the total number of structures.  As for trenching surfaces, we would like to quote these on a case by case basis.  CLICK HERE TO GET A QUOTE.
